Afternoon 2.30-5.30pm A cornucopia of nine fabulous 3-hour Workshops to choose from:
ANIQUE RADIANT HEART – SINGING AWAKE THE SEVEN GODDESSES WITHIN YOU
As human beings, we all carry many archetypal Goddess energies within us and shift into anyone of them as we need to respond to different situations life unfolds for us. Yet when examined closely, we see that in fact, there are 7 major archetypal Goddess energies which operate within us, and at any given time, we embody one Goddess to guide us through uncharted territory. In this workshop we will identify the seven major Goddesses which live within us. We shall invoke each Goddess with chant and see how She feels within us. Then we will choose one Goddess to work with and in small groups write our own original chant to Her.
CAROLYN HILLYER – THE INTUITIVE POOLS OF FISH-TAILED WOMEN
With preparation of salmon skin for sewing into small fish bags
DEONESEA LA FEY – WOMB WATERS, SACRED DANCE
This Goddess Dance is a remarkable and powerful meditative movement therapy. Undulating, circular, and serpentine movements take us deep into our womb waters and ignite a conscious raising of Shakti Kundalini energy, weaving together many aspects of Self. Through breathwork, intention, womb meditation and movement we are pulsed to subtle energies and primal impulses. Focused internally, we Dance the Ecstacy of our true Authentic Nature into Being!
ISABELLA VERBRUGGEN – THE PULSE OF OUR MOTHER’S BLOOD
The pulse of our mother’s blood was our continuous experience as we quickened in the womb. The framedrum is an echo of the pulse, articulates the process of creation, bonding the individual with the rhythm of the community, the environment and the cosmos. Isabella will give a small introduction talk about the fascinating heritage of women who played the drum. In this dynamic workshop for women and men we can experience the power of the ancient traditions of the priestesses from the Mediterranean World. We invoke and explore the sacredness of rhythm, accompanied with footsteps, dance and voice. During at least one hour some of us will play one basic rhythm on the framedrum. Others interweave verbally the pattern of the rhythm and we all will move in oneness. While we are enjoying the drumbeats synchronize our left and right hemisphere and can bring about a transformation of ordinary consciousness. We close with a meditation. Come, if you feel touched by the sounds of the drum, framedrum experience is not necessary. If you have a framedrum please take it with you.
JACQUI WOODWARD SMITH & KATIE PHELAN PLAYER – OF SELKIES & SEA GLASS
Katie and Jacqui will explore the mythology of the Selkies, the Seal People of the British Isles, through story telling, simple ritual and creativity. We will connect with the tides and cycles of our own soulskin and make a magical sea glass totem to remind us of our connection to our wild sea dreaming as we journey on from the Conference'
KOKO NEWPORT & TINA FREE – DOES THE WISE WOMAN LIVE IN ME?
This workshop will be a gentle self-exploration, looking for wisdom within. We will support each other as we mirror the wisdom we see and reflect on how we know this aspect of ourselves. We will take time to consider how Wise Women offer their personal wisdom to support growth in the community.
MIRIAM RAVEN – GOING WITH THE FLOW
"Panta Rei – everything flows" (Heraklit). In many cultures, Goddesses of Water have always been invoked and worshipped: as givers of life who bring everything into the flow, who refresh, heal and help us to open ourselves to the ebb and flow of our emotions. In this workshop we will get to know the Germanic Goddess Ran, to find our expression and release with Yemaya, to dive into the healing energies of the Lady of the Lake and experience the mysteries of the mermaids and the undines. With water blessing, trance journey, dance, and water mythology from all over the world.
NOAM ZIMIN – GODDESS LOVING MEN Exploring Archetypical Aspects of Man:The King, The Warrior, The Magician, The Lover.
How can we use these archetypes to give more meaning to our lives? Do we as men keep our emotions “under control”? What type of relationship do we have/want to have with Goddess and women in our lives? This workshop is designed for men who want to go deeper into understanding their emotional bodies through an exploration of male psychology. Opening up to the King, Warrior, Magician, and Lover archetypes, we will unveil parts of our selves that can assist us in creating true and meaningful relationships – relations with our loved ones, partners, friends, sisters, brothers and Self. Come join me for a 3 hour exploration into the ocean of emotion with storytelling, truth sharing and love.
ZSUZSANNA BUDAPEST – THE HERSTORY OF THE DIANIC TRADITION - A multi-media presentation for a mixed audience
A multi-media presentation on the Herstory of the Dianic Tradition for a mixed audience. Z Budapest provides the historical background to the origins of the Dianic Tradition, as well as important triumphs that the Dianics fought for and won for the Pagan community and beyond. Like the right to perform divination readings in the United States in public and charge for it. Historically, it was Z and Dianics who fought for the rights of this civil liberty in California, which then opened the door to other states to follow suit. You can learn more about that at WitchTrial.net. This presentation also clears up some urban legends about the Dianic Tradition. Such as, it’s a man-hating tradition, the accusations of separatism. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Z Budapest founded the Women’s Spirituality Movement in 1971. Since then there has been an uninterrupted Goddess worship for the past 40 plus years of women circling together in sacred celebration of all the Sabbaths and many moons. This Dianic Tradition has spread all over the globe. After a brief break, the second half of the workshop will involve spiritual movement and dancing the meeting Dance. Finally, we will finish with an inspiring multi-media presentation. Prayers to the Mother, all living creatures are one.

ZSUZSANNA BUDAPEST – FEMINIST WITCHCRAFT: When Politics meets Spirituality
Witchcraft has always had an inherent Feminist essence, a revolutionary message. Aradia, the first Dianic Avatar, taught the poor how to defend themselves, bring justice to women. This has become necessary again in the last century. The new century must step-up the education of women, empower the women, and defend them with the Craft and Thealogy of the Goddess. When women are awake spiritually, we contribute our wisdom to the 21st century. All human life flows from between women’s legs. Women must embrace divinity to heal this planet.

'original wounding'. Barbara will explain what it is, why we carry it and how we can release the profound 'injury', to our authentic selves, that
continues to manifest in our adult lives as illness or dis-ease of the mind and body. Discover why so many people are falling ill in their mid-life for
no apparent reason and how we can change this. This workshop will contain practical exercises and a meditation.
CHARISSA SCHIPPER & TIANA PITMAN – DANCE AND PAINT THE GODDESS WITHIN
Charissa will start with a blue light, flowing dance meditation connected to the element water to establish a creative flow. You explore how the water element comes to live in you. Tiana will guide the painting on canvas or on a Goddess dress without brushes, fingertips guiding the paint in subtle, flowing or rhythmic patterns. Entering the Yin energy and accepting yourself in the now, no judgements. Here I am, this is me, nowhere to go, nothing to do but dance and paint whatever bubbles up out of the flow of your live.

In this introductory workshop we'll explore masks as "vessels for the sacred" - mask making methods, ways for personal exploration and invocation of the Goddess, and how masks can be shared in community for ritual, dance, and storytelling
SHIRLEY-ANN MILLAR & LOUISE TARRIER – MARI’S TEMPLE BLESSINGS
Mari is a Spanish/Basque Goddess referred to as Andre Mari, which translates to Lady Mari. She is often associated with Frau Holle the Dutch/ Germanic Goddess and the Baltic Ragana and she has many similarities with the Lady of Avalon. She is a Prophetess and oracle and her home is the caves of the Basque lands. She is a Goddess of natural phenomena and abundance; in particular she is associated with the bringing of rain, a gift of life. Enter Mari’s temple, hear her-story and experience her blessings of abundance, with gently guided practices. Allowing your body to re-member and receive her blessings through the awakening of all your senses. We will be connecting with the energy of the sacral chakra which is associated with the energy of water, the moon and with the emotions that are held in the body. Then enjoying a cornucopia of delight to awaken communication and feelings between your senses and your emotions so that you can more fully access your true instinctual intuitive nature, the sixth sense, which we all have. Leave feeling Nurtured and Nourished.
THALIA BROWN – THE CUP OF DREAMS AND MEMORY OPENING
This is a workshop on the Ancient Lotus Goddess using visualisation and sound. We will sail on the dreamboat “ Prydwen”; barque of the Lady of the Lake on an inner journey around the waters of the earth to receive gifts from Lotus Goddesses Lakshmi, Saraswati, Benzaiten, Isis and the Lady of the Lake.
VICKI NOBLE – ENTERING THE MANDALA OF THE FIVE TIBETAN DAKINIS - Learn Dakini meditation for non-Buddhists
Using as our template a diagram of the eight Lunar Phases, on which is overlaid the Seasonal Cycle of Solstices, Equinoxes, and Cross-Quarter holy-days, we will enter the Mandala of the Five Tibetan Dakini families and center ourselves therein. Vicki Noble will transmit a simple spoken practice she has adapted from more complex Tibetan Dakini practices, an offering for non-Buddhists to engage in an effective method of focused Goddess meditation. If you like the practice and want to use it as a daily meditation, there is a text you can take away with you invoking the Dakinis of the four directions and the center. Each of us is born under a particular phase of the Moon (New Moon, Crescent, First Quarter, Gibbous, Full Moon, Disseminating, Last Quarter, and Balsamic). If you have a copy of your astrology chart, bring it to the workshop, so that we can discuss how each person individually holds a special place on this eight-pointed mandala of the Lunar Phases and the Seasonal holy-days.
